I'm head over heels with this song. I was not in any intention to guess the raga of this song. As I was listening over and over again, one song was creeping into my mind. And that song was "Nila Kayum Charanam" from some movie. "Nila Kayum" is Sankarabharanam. So I've concluded that "Mun Andhi Chaaral Nee" should be Sankarabharanm only. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I googled to see the ragam for this song, but it was in vain. Whatever, it's a lovely song.
